📦 Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day replacement in the following cases only:

Product received is damaged

Product is defective or not working

Wrong product delivered

📌 Conditions for Replacement

Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof

Product must be unused and in original packaging

👉 Requests without proper proof may be declined

❌ No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Personal preference or dislike

Minor differences in expectations

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

Replacement is not available

Product is out of stock

Order is cancelled by Zenvyra

💸 Refund Process

Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method

COD (if eligible) → refunded to source OR store credit

⏳ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered at our discretion

⚠️ Important Notes

Refusing COD orders may impact future order eligibility

Zenvyra reserves the right to reject claims in case of misuse or suspicious activity
